The terms and conditions of Revival Nutrition are as below.

a) The material in the Web Site is copyright to Revival Nutrition Ltd or our content and technology providers. You are welcome to view, print and download the contents of the Web Site for personal use, but not for any commercial purposes or re-publication.

a) We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Web Site is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.

b) We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the Web Site or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Description of Products

a) The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

b) We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

Ordering Products

a) You may order products from the Web Site by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.

b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

c) Advisory information – Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult with your doctor before using Revivals products.

d) By purchasing Revivals products you are confirming you are over the age of 18 years old.

The Price and Payment

a) The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

c) Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time we accept your order. (the payment methods we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.

d) Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mis-priced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Delivery of Products

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. First class shipping only applies to deliveries to mainland UK. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. We use third-party service providers for deliveries.

b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

General

a) The products advertised in the Web Site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Revival Nutrition Ltd. Revival Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to change the repeat order benefits and the discount amount at any time. Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

You can cancel your subscriptions at any time through the My Subscriptions section which can be found in My Account. On all subscription orders you will qualify for the best product price. 

Eligible Purchases

Only items marked with the ‘Subscribe & Save’ on product pages will qualify for Subscribe & Save benefits.

Termination

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.

 

Ratings & Reviews Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings and Review service offered by Revival Nutrition Ltd (the “CRR Service”). To the extent of any conflict between Revival Nutrition Ltd’s Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall control with respect to the CRR Service.

By submitting any content to Revival Nutrition Ltd, you represent and warrant that:

• you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights there to;
• all “moral rights” that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
• all content that you post is accurate;
• you are at least 18 years old;
• use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

• for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third-party;

• that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold Revival Nutrition Ltd (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers/manufacturers) harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys” fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

For any content that you submit, you grant Revival Nutrition Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at Revival Nutrition Ltd’s sole discretion. Revival Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Revival Nutrition Ltd’s website that Revival Nutrition Ltd deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Revival Nutrition Ltd does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Revival Nutrition Ltd to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Revival Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Revival Nutrition Ltd, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Revival Nutrition Ltd, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
